CARIBOU HUNTING
This hunt
is conducted in the shadows of mount McKinley just outside of Denali
National Park in classic barren ground caribou country. This area has
produced many large double shovel caribou through the years. Round out you
Alaskan hunting experience by adding a caribou to your moose, grizzly or
sheep hunt.
Caribou
populations in this area are improving but currently caribou hunts are
only available in combination hunts with other species and or on a trophy
fee basis. Moose, grizzly bear, dall sheep and black bear are all
available in the same season.
